Khamali Brown

Project Manager

Khamali Brown is an innovative, people-centric business leader who creates work environments that inspire success through emotional intelligence & collaboration. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Utica College. For almost ten years, she worked for the NYS Department of Health, AIDS Institute, providing program administration, assisting with curriculum development, and facilitating statewide trainings.

As an entrepreneur, in 2016, she was a thought partner to the President of Dale Carnegie of Northeastern NY and became the spokesperson, trainer, and recognized dynamic speaker. With her Dale Carnegie certification, she worked with executives and corporate teams, building skills in professional presentations, coaching, communication, and leadership.

In 2020, she accepted the Director of Special Projects position at the SEAT Center in Schenectady, NY. Under the direction of the CEO, Khamali served as the point person for specific initiatives to advance the mission of SEAT Center by transforming high-level strategies into operational planning and implementation. In June of 2023, Khamali stepped back into the entrepreneurial space as part of the McLean Collective, providing training, facilitation, and project management.
